Ingredients
- Basil - Handfull
- Parmesan cheese - Handfull
- Cashew Nuts - to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Pasta of your choice
- Potatoes - diced
- Butter Beans - Half a cup
Method
- Put the pasta, potatoes, garlic and beans in a pot and cook until the pasta is ready.
- place the Basil, Parmesan, cashews in a blender and slowly add the oil. Blend until you have a pesto sauce.
- Add pesto to pasta and that's it!
